An awesome little device that lets you manually search for codes.
From what I gather:
1. A cheat device using PAR/Gameshark cheat codes.
2. A backup RAM cart that actually has "Direct Save" like an official.
3. An ST-Key for imports.
4. Extended RAM cart (1 MB??)
5. PC Link - Has a slot on top that is suppose to enable the "old" PC link. (not a standard PAR slot, more like a cart slot???)
6. Self-contained code search tool.
I've read that the 3.01 version had the 1 MB RAM capability and this one (3.92\latest) has both 1 & 4 MB. Haven't tested that yet.
Like having a 4-in1 or Gameshark connected to a PC (via PC Comms Link). Only, you don't need the PC or the ISA slot for the Comms Link. Which is what the LCD addon is for.
I got a couple of these the other day. Very rare but they're Japanese only, with virtually no info online for them. I'm actually trying to round up some help with the menus, onscreen and LCD.
