			can somebody get me the sprite image of the carrot guy walking back and forth in toe jam and earl?

			would somebody direct me to a program that i could use to get this? i mean basically all i want is the carrot guy walking back and forth(moving image of it). i mean i dont know how to do it myself if so i'd just do it. and i want to use it for a side project i'm going to be working on that doesn't involve games at all.
