My dreamcast has started doing this weird thing when I turn it on most times. It keeps resetting itself. Sometimes I will be able to start a game before it resets. I usually have to kick/tap it. Then it works perfectly. Any idea what could be causing this?

It sounds like the connections between the PSU and the mainboard of the Dreamcast are dirty. Search the forum for "resetting Dreamcast" or something similar - this is not an uncommon problem.
