dreamcast broken

		i just got a dreamcast for $5 at a pawn shop. it loads the bios screen correctly, but i get the set date/time screen and i can't move the cursor at all. i think this has something to do with the controller port. i've tried two different controllers and neither seem to work. what is the best method to try and fix this, or did i just lose $5?

		btw, they have another one there for $5 that i'd be willing to pick up for someone if they need the parts or something. this one powers on but doesn't load the BIOS screen at all.

		Thats simple. Change the fuse in the controller port, or link it with a wire.
