		Have you guys noticed that japanese commericals are like a few seconds but european and american commercials can last up to almost a minuete in many cases? Why is that?

		In Japan the standard length for a commercial is 15 seconds. They also only have one commercial break in the middle of each half hour with a longer break between shows. In North America and Europe the standard length of commercials is 30 seconds but 1 minute ones are possible but cost significantly more (and are hence rarer).
