CD Rom drive shows up in my computer

Recently I noticed that when I go into my computer there is another CD Rom drive but the drive is not physically installed on my PC. It claims to be a SCSI device but my mother board does not even have that... I tried uninstalling both the drive and the SCSI hardware, but they are always both back after I reboot. What could be causing this??

Sounds like a Virtual Drive. It is probably linked to a CD burning program such as Alcohol 120%.

How did you try to disable/uninstall it? Did you do it under Device Manager in System Properties?
