		Catalyst 4.1 drivers are now out! www.ati.com... Whats new...

		"This driver requires Windows XP Service Pack 1 or higher to be installed." Why? I don't have SP1 on this computer.

		No, but the XP version of the driver requires that you have SP1 installed.

		Often that only means it's the configuration used to test the software so they can't guarantee it'll work without, but on the other hand XP SP1 fixed lots of things so it may be a real requirement.

		Well you certainly can't fault ATI for being tardy with driver releases. I'm still using 3.9...must be time for an upgrade.

		Be sure to consult this list... first if there's anything that applies to you. Upgrading just because and then finding your favorite apps broke can make anyone bitter.

		True...but I'm more interested in GLSL than broken apps - I don't currently have much worth breaking.

		4.1 still has a lot of game-related problems. But they've been working more on fixes and compatibility lately, so it'll only get better.
