Can I mod?

			I was just curious if I could mod my Saturn. Here is a pic of the board.

			Ah yes I forgot to mention that. Well I wanted a Mod-Chip that is. Also what benefit would i get from installing a 50hz/60Hz switch. Thanks

			A mod chip? While it is possible, it is highly unlikely. Twenty pin mods (which is what you'd need) have been out of production for several years now. Occasionally they do pop up for sale, but you'll be paying quite a premium for one if you can actually find one. Assuming you have a Euro Saturn, a 50/60Hz switch will allow you top play non-PAL optimized games at the same speed as you would on a US/Japanese console.

			So would it be easier too just purchase a 21 Pin Saturn? Also what site or place do the 20 pin mods usually pop out in or is it just going to be luck if I find one.

			Yeah, a 21 pin Saturn would probably be a better solution. It's pretty much random when a 20 pin mod comes up for sale. Jandaman was supposedly getting some made, but nothing has been heard on that front in quite some time.
