I have a goal to build the best collection of information/links to cover every important topic that a new Saturn owner might be interested in.

When it reaches a a certain level, it will make fo a good sticky post in the boards, and I'll also post it on my blog.

Here's what I have in mind so far:

Wikipedia's entery for Sega Saturn

SegaBase's History of the Saturn

Mal's Tututorial on Modding a Saturn (although we might want to rework the ginormous thread into something less intimidating)

The Swap Method Thread

Where to buy Modchips

Region Switch Modding (where's the best tutorial?)

My "Top Saturn Games" Thread

How to paint your Saturn? (Good links?)

Best sites for game reviews

The Multitap Game Thread

Information on the X-in-1 carts (what's the best place for info)

Best methods of downloading games

How to burn/rip

Best places to get homebrew games

How to program for the Saturn

What other things have I missed? (Major or obscure)

-Control Panel / CD Player functions

-Region modding vs. Mod chip vs. import carts

-1M/4M RAM cart vs. Backup RAM cart

-Acessories and oddities

I've got access to a digital camera now so I'm running out of excuses for not doing it.

Here... is my rather unrelated post on DP forum.

(warning for 56k users as it's filled with lots of pictures)
