broken saturn after mod chip. need any help.

		i tried to install a mod chip in a v2 saturn with the 32 pin chip. i have done mods in many other systems before like psx,ps2,xbox,neogeo, segacd,duo ect. but this simple looking mod seems to have messed up my saturn. i took the chip out and all i get is a checking disc message and the laser never moves. my system shows the 2 green blocks. i would think it would be a simple surface mount fuse or something i hope.

		OK, first did you solder it to the 32pin chip or did you do the AB crossover.

		found the problem was a bad socket on the power supply. the springyness of the socket was to low for it to make a snug fit all these years i find the stupid little problem. happy now the chip even works!!
