Anybody Played Scorched Earth?

		Has anybody played this old game? It's basically the father of games like Worms and Death Tank. I saw it was still on my old 286 in my parent's basement. Possibly the best DOS game ever?

		i used to play that all the time in school it rocked! probley runs at 8503030303030308504974 fps on any modern pc though

		Yes, I used to play it in highschool pretty often. I prefer the Amiga clone called 'Scorched Tanks' though... basically the same, but with more weapons and options. Also I believe the progenitor of this genre was a game called 'Artillery Duel'.

		so has anyone got a latest regged version? this game rox, and plays OK in modern pc's... only sound is extra fast....

		No, I haven't played the original. But I'm very addicted to that whole category of games like Worms, Death Tank amd so on. Most impressive for me is Scorched3D. Would be cool to have something similar in 3D on Saturn!
