I need a Ac Adapter to my Megadrive (model 1). I found one Ac Adapter that fits but i dont know if i can use it. This is the adapter: Output: 12v ~ 1.0 A
And a megadrive needs: 10v ~ 1.2 A
Can i use this adapter? Or will the Megadrive break if i test it?

I wouldn't risk it. Even if it works, it would probably cause excessive heat to be generated by the voltage regulator(s). You also need to match polarity and AC vs. DC output. Also, my Model 1 Genesis (launch model; has the extra 9-pin port in the back) uses 9V, not 10V; are you sure you didn't grab the specs for a different model?
