What all came with 32x games. I know they had manuals, cartridge,and cartridge inserts. Did they come with registration cards, or other small inserts? I am mostly wondering about the Sega published games.

Well I checked my only 32X game, Kolibri and it came with a card for a free 6 month subscription for Sega Visions. There's a short survey on there, but that's all that came with Kolibri. I don't really know about any other games though.
