Pretty sure yes. Been a while since I installed it. It came out in the days of Win95 pre-DirectX. So it was fairly limited graphically and the online stuff. Back then the internet wasn't quite so popular for games.

P-133 w/ 16MB of RAM if I remember correctly. Better if you had more of both.

I believe that at the time, 486s still ruled the day.
