I should note that the first time there was an FTP forum, hell broke loose on the boards and the FTP forum had to be shut down. That's why the rules are much more strict on requesting games and posting FTPs in general.

		You're taking the situation out of context. Ice even knows that lethal shouldn't have been banned on that occassion. I believe it's everyone's problem... because we don't know who's gonna get screwed next.

1st beef: The rules need to be Re Written

2nd beef: I didn't break rules for 2nd ban

As i have proven in detail in this thread that the rules should and must be re written and followed by everyone, including me, especially me but especially mal, and especially jupiter and everybody esle.

And i still see no evidence on the allegations ya'll put on me for the alledged reason for banning, until i see futher evidence or witness, charge it to the game baby, I can tell you from word of mouth that it was a wrong move for me being ban or otherwise 4 count 4 witnessess wouldn't have been on my side and those names are:

Des-Row (left hand princess)

Scrdd000Rabbit (right hand nephew)

Juari (foe turn friend)

Jupiter (The Yung don Dodda)

Anyway, here's the best way to tell who gets screwed next.

1) Person doesn't read or follow the rules

2) Person spouts off nonsense, offending the public at large

3) Does the above at the same time

There. Yes, it's everyone's responsibility to read the rules and stay within them. I don't see how or why that concept is difficult.

Don't know what game you're talking about, but the following people posted to the thread that you got banned in:

Jurai, Edge, mal, Dyne, Rock, and You.

Jurai was complaining about how he wanted to run the FTP. Granted, that's an issue that has nothing to do with this one, but something he agreed to when he posted his FTP details.

So you're saying you don't remember typing those words that I quoted you on?

		Anyways, I have a flight to catch tomorrow, so I'm just going to end this early. This is a still of the thread in question that you got banned in. There are clearly two witnesses in the thread, mal and Rock. Enough? Jeez, put it to rest. You're not banned, let's leave it that way. For all others, note the warning level, he was warned on top of being banned. But that's something else. There have been more civil reactions to his behavior - so don't think banning has been an end-all used on SX. Finally, a request is a request, no matter how much you sugar coat it.
