I set my parallel port to EPP through my BIOS setup and that did not help. I have the cart on the proper way, I bought mine with the plastic casing, so I'm going on the assumption that whoever put it together did it correctly - I'll check that out in a moment. This is the parallel port cable I'm using - will this work, or do I need some other cable? Any suggestions? http://www.directdial.com/us/shopbelkin/item/F3D50... Thanks for the help! I appreciate it. |

So, quick question -- how long did yours take to get here? I just ordered mine tonight after talking some business with Tomy over the past few days about a possible product idea. I can't wait! |

no, that cable is wrong. it has to be a 1:1 cable, NOT laplink. |

Oh thank God. And here I was thinking that there was some hardware issue here. Good times. Is there anyone that can post a link to an example? When I Google "parallel cable 1:1 male", the results are too wide to zero in on what I need. EDIT: http://www.sfcable.com/Merchant2/merchant....atego... Like that? |
