Not really, since you're only doing basic DNS spoofing. There's some sort of authentication/encryption involved as well (to make the game accept the download), but last I heard about that the info was handed to the guy who wrote the upload utility by someone from Japan or something equally bizarre.


  
	
	
I was just using the word as it´s "typical/normal" to use.


That doesn't make it any more correct, nor does it make the copies any more legal. It's a completely unnecessary euphemism.
