No i dont think quartet 2 was ever realsed I saw pictures in a megadrive magazine once though.

I have no idea about the console version, but the pic of the arcade version is definitely Quartet 2.

Quartet 2 = 2 player

Quartet = 4 player

Op I see what your both saying. My bad the first pic is Quartet 2 and the sms picture is Quartet. You can clearly see on the top theres only space for 2 players.
