			let me get this strait shining force 1 and 2 on genesis is not the same as shining force 1 and 2 on the cd version? the cd version are the game gear shining force games?

			Yes, and yes. But a bit sharper looking and a much better musical score (takes advantage of the Sega CD's music capabilities).

			damn that means now i have to shell out the money for the genesis carts i just started to play the cd version and id agree with the guy that says its not an rpg--- it kind of has the feeling of an rpg but all it is -- is stragegy fight - story - fight - story --- theres no traveling around or talking to people around town -- ive havent goten far (finished chapter one) nut thats all ive seen so far in reply to mtxblau ive played the game gear shining force - and it was nothing like this -- also when you start the game it gives you an option of which one you want to play and none of the titles are sword of haya (only game gear shining force ive played)
