Then try playing the ISO file with Satourne emulator! Though I cannot get this emulator to run, most other people can.

I love my Saturn...

...but I'll be getting a Dreamcast sooooonish, above all else for its excellent homebrewn scene. There are very few official DC games I'm interested in, unfortunately.
