If the bands involved allow mp3's of tracks to be put on the internet theres no problem. But I wouldnt risk it if theres any change of it being classifed illegal by the RIAA.

You can pretty much count out JGR. Just about all tracks on that game are copyrighted songs from actual artists. I'm sure the RIAA wouldn't appreciate having songs by Rob Zombie et al available for download....if their recent actions are anything to go by.
