schi not fake on my half but possibly who ever runs the site tossed it in as a random thing for some personal joke. either that or it was random pixelization of the camera's refresh. i figure what the hell if there were ghosts why the hell would one appear as a fucked up looking cartoon face? makes no fing sense to me but what ever that's how i captured it from the live cams.(well tech minus the black box and the resizing)

That could be. I sometimes thought the ghosts in Scooby Doo were on drugs.
