			Sorry, but here sex is about 18, to enter a Shexshop or going with a bitch ( I don´t know a sinonime in english... maybe prostitute ? ). The exception is Holland, here, the limit is in 17 years old ( it think the information is correct ). This is theoretically, because you can buy a porn magazine with 14 years old ( nobody cares ), and most people practise sex at 15 o 16. However, there isn´t any kind of censure on TV, so, you can easily see a nude woman at 3:00 in TV. This is very logic and normal: you can easily see a nude real girl in a beach without problems ( in summer, of course ), so, why don´t show her in television ? More freedom for all !!

			yea thank god for censoring certain things on tv but isn't freespeech guaranteed almost everywhere so isn't censoring intruding on our rights to talk.

			Actually, its 18 here in Georgia, which is the CENTER of the Southern US. It's also the state known for stupidity, redneck inbreeding, and pregnant 12 year olds. All the sex shops check your id & some are even 21+, depending on the tastes that they cater to. However, the age of consent here is 14. sigh Before the statutory rape laws were abolished, you could go to jail for unFing someone under 16, yet the age of consent is 14. Figure that one out. Even funnier - all sexual positions besides missionary and sex not used for procreation is illegal. Any know why that is? (I do, I want to see if anyone else does.)

			Really... american puritan position about sex, homosexuality, god, and all that things must be the most retrograde actuation in this world. Oh ! and you can be assasined by the State... it sounds like a joke. On the other hand, a lot of "laws" are stablished by jurisprudence, so, jugdes must be very rested and constitution must be composed only for two or three papers. That kind of system promotes a bunch of stupid laws, that were applied two hundred years ago in a particular case, but now are still used. More things... american games are capped most of the times. Example: Eternal Champions, US Mega CD version. Shadow appears wearing a strange tunic, only put to hide her seminude body... Is more stupidity possible ? of course... lets see Final Fight... why bitches don´t show the tits when you hit them ?, nobody knows... why is Haggar´s daughter is wearing a red dress ?... in japanese version she wears a bra... but it´s not the end... Streets of Rage III, Megadrive: a final boss compossed by three transvestites was substituted for a group of thugs... it is grotesque; and there are a more games, a lot of capped games. Why all this useless things, useless laws, useless censure, useless hypocrisy... ?, Why is Bus a cowboy ?... There are a lot of things I don´t understand... show me the way, and plz, don´t ban me of this forums.

Nah i missed brasseye, i have seen it before though and i know how good it is, when i heard all the outrage about the paedophilia documentary i laughed my arse off because i live near enough to portsmouth to know about the big demonstrations there. For those who were out of the loop, After one of the main trashy tabloid newspapers here called "news of the world" started publishing the personal details from the sex offenders register, there were large protsts in a shitty neighborhood in Portsmouth where some of them were living. These protesters were complete dumbasses who couldnt even spell paedophile. There was also a paediatrician assaulted by one of these angry mobs because they didnt know the difference between paedophile and paediatrician. And right after all that lot brasseye comes along and winds up the entire nation with a spoof paedophilia documentary. Classic.

Not to say i agree with paedophilia but i also do not agree with angry mobs and vigilantes and the joke was on them

			when it comes down to it the us is very conservative. The rating board for movies is totally against sex i mean you can have graphic violence and get an R but if you have a movie like eyes wide shut you get an NC17 makes no sense to me what ever. I blame religion for placing shame on the naked body(that and other things i'm just really not fully into it right now). blah blah blah(saves me time by not placing my argument) censorship is bad porn is bad blah blah blah(lol) those girls gone wild tapes suck(no clue why i mentioned that but they SUCK)

			This... is the current legislation on sodomy. At some point, changes were proposed that would include the concept of consent, but they were either voted against or removed. In any case, since that law violates the federal constitutional right of privacy you shouldn't be able to be convicted unless you're soliciting or it involves a minor. As for the reason behind the law it seems it's another case of "that's how it's always been". Before independence, most host nations had similar laws which were then kept, mostly because of current moral standards. At least I couldn't find anything more specific. There's lots of other fun things in Georgia legislation, like the semi-famous law forbidding the sale of dildos... (see section c) or the tons of law regulating bingo games.
